Sobre nosotros
We can say that Patagonia Costa is the destination where the nature and heritage of Patagonia begin.
Here, the first human settlements of the continent and of Chile emerged.
It is the territory where the mountain range plunges into the sea and the continent ends, giving way to the world's first southern archipelago.
It is also the destination where the Austral Road begins and the wild nature of the Patagonia Parks Route.
The territory covers around 3,000 km² of complex and beautiful geography, whose southern limit is the Reloncaví Sound. A territory defined by the cycles of nature and the rhythms of the tides, where the connection to the sea is an ancestral way of life that is preserved to this day in traditions and customs.
Integrated Territorial Program (ITP)
The Integrated Territorial Program (ITP) aims to highlight the tourism heritage of the Patagonia Costa Destination, which includes the municipalities of Calbuco, Maullín, and Puerto Montt. It is funded by the National Regional Development Fund of the Regional Government and supported by Corfo, Sernatur, and the three municipalities in the territory.
